Supervision and Consultation

  • Clinical Supervision Group

Monthly Clinical Supervision Group will meet virtually for 90-minutes with options on the first Tuesday and first Friday of each month, from August to May. These groups are for folks looking to benefit from my specific set of skills and experience. Supervision content will include case presentations, reading and other assignments, and teaching.

Reach out to chat about your professional interests and goals.

    $100/session

  • Holistic and Integrative Consultation Group

This group is for fully licensed clinicians interested in offering alternative modalities for healing within their licensed practice. There are many holistic and integrative practitioners who decide to give up their license so that they can offer more “woo” (said as a term of endearment) services without feeling restricted. I have felt called to navigate the tricky passageways of incorporating more “woo” into my licensed practice in order to bring these older, deeper ways to clients who may not otherwise be able to access them. I find that most of our evidenced-based practices come from more earth-honoring traditions in the first place. This is a group for those who are similarly called. Group content will be dictated by the interests and needs of participants.

Reach out to chat about your practice and goals.

    $100/session

  • Individual Clinical Supervision

One opening remains for biweekly (60-minute sessions) individual clinical supervision for those seeking full licensure. I would encourage you to review my bio and discern whether my specific skills and experience would be helpful to you. Supervision sessions will include case presentations, reading and other assignments, direct teaching, note and treatment plan review, and assessment, targeted interventions and constructive feedback re: your counseling skills, goals, and interests.

An interview is required to ensure we are a good match.

$200/session (reduction in cost available for BIPOC, trans folks, or other under-represented and marginalized demographics)

  • Career Alignment Coaching

These sessions are most often used by clinicians considering beginning their own practice, wellness certified folks wondering if they can leave their corporate jobs to start their own business, or clinicians considering expanding their practice in some way. They can also be helpful for anyone considering a career shift or venturing into entrepreneurship. Content of these sessions is both introspective/value-refining and practical/action-oriented, and includes valuable business consulting, which is reflected in their cost. You can expect to leave these sessions with clear action steps and tools to assist you in meeting your particular goals.

$200-400 per session depending on your goals and areas of need. Higher costs are for work that includes looking at budgets, spreadsheets, insurance, and business operations.

  • Discernment Sessions

Discernment sessions are for folks contemplating a major life decision. Sessions will include an overview of the situation you’re struggling with, an exploration of underlying values, fears, motivations, and obstacles, somatic practices to help differentiate between fear and intuition, and to foster a stronger and louder connection to your inner wisdom that already knows what to do. This is short-term work by nature, and you can aim for 1-4 60-minute sessions. These sessions can include career-related decisions, but the difference is that Discernment Sessions do not include any practical business guidance. These sessions are not therapy, and do not address any mental health disorders or symptoms.

    $200/session
